| Catalyst Simulation Software Chem-Engineering Services has its in-house Catalyst Delta P - Windows-based software to support process engineering services for catalyst simulations, including process design, plant operation, equipment design and modification, catalyst performance evaluations, process catalyst selection and procurement decisions. The software permits design or evaluation of new or existing gaseous chemical reactors, predicting the hydraulic performance of all catalyst shapes and sizes in mixed loadings for gaseous tubular and pressure vessel reactors. Chem-Engineering Services software helps select the optimum catalyst choice from catalyst proposals from suppliers for a wide variety of reactor applications. This process engineering support software was developed to support Chem-Engineering Services clients needs, but is not licensed or offered for sale. Chem-Engineering Services provides auditing services of catalyst equilibrium calculations and catalyst pressure loss calculations in support of clients existing catalyst charges to model existing catalyst activity and strength and predict remaining useful catalyst life. |
